Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to the United Kingdom, Europe and the rest of the world.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays or busy periods.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. Where these can be calculated, they are shown at checkout. Otherwise, the carrier may collect them on delivery.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 working days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
