Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your shirt. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.

Your statutory rights (UK & EU)

If you live in the UK or the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. Our 30-day return window is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.
• Personalised items (custom name or number) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.
• Mystery Box items can only be returned if they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return shipping

If your item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending the item back is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 30 days if anything is wrong, including photos of the item and packaging, so we can put it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to process it.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, contact us and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
